Our 12,000 square foot wellness center features a heated indoor pool for therapy and aquatic exercise, state-of-the-art hydraulic fitness equipment, spacious exercise studios, therapy rooms for massage, and inviting spaces for relaxation and socializing.

From water aerobics and therapeutic swimming in our heated pool to group classes like Tai Chi, chair yoga, and strength training, we offer programs for every fitness level. Enjoy specialized classes including Stretch and Align, Strong Bodies, plus personal training sessions with certified fitness professionals.

Explore our 50-acre campus that includes the Perpetual Forest Trail featuring eight exercise stations, the Susan F. Boyd croquet court and pavilion, a putting green and more.
