Each home features private garages, beautiful landscaping, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. With ten-foot ceilings, cozy gas fireplaces, and optional sunrooms or patio spaces, these cottages are ideal for relaxing or entertaining friends and family.
Concierge Suites
Our concierge suites combine comfort and convenience in a centrally located, efficiency-style design. Residents enjoy daily concierge service from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., along with three delicious meals each day. Centrally located in the historic Guignard mansion, these suites make it easy to stay connected, while offering an approachable and maintenance-free living experience.
