COVID-19 Update
  • For Employees

If you have any questions, please reach out to the Employee Health Hotline at 803-995-8151 and a member of the Employee Health Team at Stills Hopes Skilled Nursing West Columbia, SC will be happy to talk to you, and answer your questions.

Exposure

There have been many questions about what to do if you are exposed to someone with COVID 19.  Whether that be in your home, at another workplace, or perhaps you have been around someone who isn’t feeling well.

What am I looking for?

Symptoms of the Covid 19 virus are: Temperature of 100.0 or greater, new onset cough, sore throat and shortness of breath.

What do I do if I have a symptom or feel sick?

If you are not feeling well we want you to follow your normal procedures to notify your supervisor if you are sick and unable to work your shift.

What is new?

What may look a little different is that your Director or Supervisors will ask  you a few questions and let you know what needs to be done next.

Hotline

You will be directed to contact the employee health hotline where a member of the employee health team will triage your symptoms, or your exposure and let you know what measures you need to take next to protect yourself, your family and those at Still Hopes.

Who can I get treatment from if I am sick?

If you are feeling ill, or concerned about your illness, we do encourage you to contact your Primary Care Physician(PCP) or use one of the free triage tools offered by several Health Care organizations around the state.
