Donald Lilly

Donald Lilly

President/CEO

Donald Lilly is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and North Greenville University, he has more than 15 years of leadership experience in senior living and healthcare. He is a licensed nursing home administrator, certified residential care facility administrator, and licensed master social worker in South Carolina. Prior to joining Still Hopes, Donald served as Chief Operating Officer at The Woodlands at Furman in Greenville, SC, where he led strategic planning initiatives, oversaw a campus expansion, increased occupancy to exceed 97 percent, and implemented operational and hospitality models that significantly improved resident satisfaction. Donald is a graduate of the Larry Minnix Leadership Academy with LeadingAge National and currently serves as Chair of the LeadingAge South Carolina Board of Directors and Co-Chair of its Public Policy Committee. Donald also serves as a coach in the Vickie Moody Leadership Academy in South Carolina. He is widely recognized as a strong advocate for older adults and aging services professionals and was the recipient of the 2025 Award of Honor from LeadingAge South Carolina.

Nikki Robertson

VP of Health & Wellness

Originally from Anderson, South Carolina, Nikki holds a Master's in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina. She is a licensed nursing home and residential care facility administrator. Prior to joining Still Hopes, Nikki served as Executive Director of Skylyn Place Retirement Community in Spartanburg, SC, and as Resident Services Director at Covenant Place in Sumter, SC. She serves on the South Carolina Board of Long Term Health Care Administrators and is a past president of the South Carolina Association of Residential Care Homes.

Joseph Wenger

VP of Finance (CFO)

Joe began his senior living career in 1992 when he joined Longwood at Oakmont as Director of Finance, and later also became the Associate Executive Director. In 2001 he became VP of Finance and System Support for Presbyterian Senior Care, and served in that role until 2008 when he became Senior VP and CFO. Joe oversaw several major financing and refinancing endeavors during his tenure, and he helped to create the country’s 4th Continuing Care Retirement Community Without Walls. He was first licensed as a CPA in 1995 and became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in 1998. Beginning in 2020, he served as VP of Finance for Wheeling Hospital, in Wheeling West Virginia, and remained there until he came to Still Hopes as our VP of Finance. Joe coached seventh and eighth grade boys’ basketball for 14 years and has been a speaker at LeadingAge National conferences.
