Enjoy an excursion through our Perpetual Forest, our beautiful walking trail with eight different exercises, to stay healthy and independent or enjoy a water aerobics class after your lunch date with friends. Still Hopes even offers one-on-one personal training sessions with a knowledgeable and certified staff member.
