Enjoy a beautiful afternoon cruise through the Santee-Cooper Locks following lunch at Gilligan's Restaurant, formerly The Dock Restaurant, in Moncks Corner. After boarding the boat, we'll go up the Tail Race Canal, into the lock, rise 75' (8 stories), go out into Lake Moultrie where points of interest will be highlighted, go back through the lock, down the Tail Race Canal, and onto the Cooper River, view some old rice fields, and see a lot of wildlife.

The cruise itself takes 2 1/2 - 3 hours and is a lot of fun. A restroom is available onboard. Participants must be able to board the boat with minimal assistance. Register in the Library Activity Book or call Bill Webb at (803)739-5018. The cost of the trip includes travel, lunch/tax/gratuity, and cruise aboard the Fisheagle.
