VP of Operations
David began his involvement in aging services as a young man working for his father at Maple Knoll Village, a large continuing care retirement community in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has a Master’s Degree in Gerontology and Long-Term Care Administration from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. During his time in aging services, David has worked in various capacities and gained experience as a front-line worker and director. David comes to Still Hopes after 20 years in Colorado working primarily in affordable housing for low-income seniors. He is the former CEO of Eaton Senior Communities in Lakewood, CO. David served on the LeadingAge Colorado Board of Directors for several terms and was the Board Chair 2016-2018. David was a fellow in the inaugural LeadingAge Leadership Academy in 2007 and served as a coach for the Leadership Academy 2014-2016. He is currently serving on the LeadingAge South Carolina Board of Directors and is a coach for the LeadingAge South Carolina Vickie Moody Leadership Academy.
