Unit Coordinators have a huge impact on the lives of residents and on the overall culture of the community. This position is an invaluable part of the Still Hopes family! Below is a picture of the impact a unit coordinator has and what being a difference maker looks like!
Responsible for coordinating rehabilitation unit on the weekends.
The Unit Coordinator sets the tone for the neighborhood and constantly interacts with patients, staff, and visitors. In addition, this position will review and file reports and ensure that supplies and equipment are properly maintained. At times this position will be required to work as a floor CNA. Experience with electronic medical records and "On Shift" is preferred. Applicants should be a team player, solutions oriented, have exceptional organization skills and be able to work independently with a positive attitude.
