The primary purpose of this job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the community’s licensed departments  meeting the needs of the residents based on budget, medical records, census, and as may be directed by community administration.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Staff Coordinator/Scheduler in a healthcare setting.  On-the-job training is provided. Applicants must possess a high school education or its equivalent. Associate Degree preferred but not required.
