The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Director of Accounting and the Chief Financial Officer in performing accounting functions for the community in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for the healthcare industry. These functions will include general ledger entries, reconciliations, financial variance analysis and support of operational leadership by serving as a financial resource.
Preferred candidates must have strong working knowledge of computers and accounting software, MatrixCare a plus, Microsoft Office Word & Excel, required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and three or more years of work experience in a related field is required. CPA certification is preferred, but not required.
