- Prefer at least 2 years experience in activity programming for older adults.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- South Carolina Driver's License required.

The Life Engagement Assistant participates in community planning related to the interests of the facility and the services and needs of the resident and family.
