Responsible for serving meals to patients in healthcare.
This position provides food services to residents in a friendly and efficient manner, to ensure compliance with food quality and safety requirements and to operate and maintain a safe, sanitary food preparation environment in compliance with Still Hopes policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines. Employees are expected to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment throughout the department.
Job duties include following menus, preparing and serving food to residents in our rehabilitation center, skilled nursing unit, assisted living, and Alzheimer’s wing. Must ensure that food and supplies for the next meal are readily available.
