Responsible for ADLs for rehabilitation patients.

CNAs provide medical and physical care to the patients in rehabilitation to meet their daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level. The primary purpose of this position is to provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan. Our employees constantly exceed expectations and are committed to our residents. In addition, they continually seek opportunities to support the social needs of all members of the neighborhood through support, friendship and kindness. First, second, and third shift opportunities are available.
