Responsible for managing the day-to-day care and nursing activities of the assisted living facilities.
We are looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing with at least two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility or other health care type organization. Strong managerial and communication skills required. Applicants should be a team player, solution oriented with a positive attitude. Management/Supervisor experience is preferred. Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as may be required by the administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
