Thoughts on Wellness
There is a strong relationship between physical fitness and memory. In a recent study, memory loss was more related to a person’s level of physical fitness than age. We tend to associate memory loss with age, but a person’s current level of physical fitness and history of exercise more strongly relates to short term memory. The more a person has exercised and is physically fit, the less trouble with memory. It’s never too late to get started improving fitness—stop the excuses and get moving!
Still Hopes offers age-appropriate Fitness Classes, Aquatic Classes and Brain Fitness Classes.
Our classes and wellness programs are open to the community unless noted otherwise in the class description. We also have specialty services such as massage, chiropractic care and an array of spa services available in our state-of-the-art Center for Wellness.
