Stefanie Glatz has been a competitive Triathlete for the last few years and has really enjoyed the South Carolina series. She received 3rd place in the state of South Carolina for her age group. (25-29). She hopes to travel to compete in other states this season. She is also qualified to compete in the USA Triathlon Age Group National Championship in Summer 2012. Stefanie has coached several athletes through their first races and looks forward to helping you achieve your goal.
Stefanie has a B.S. degree in Biokinetics from Eastern University in Philadelphia, PA and is in her last semester as a Public Health Master’s student at the University of South Carolina. She is an American College of Sports Medicine Health Fitness Specialist and has been a personal trainer for the last four years. Stefanie feels that working with adults to help them achieve their fitness and athletic goals is one of the most rewarding and exciting passions and it just so happens to be her career. She looks forward to bringing out the “inner athlete” in you!
Denise Heimlich, M.S., Wellness Director, specializes in older adult fitness and wellness. She is certified as a Health/Fitness instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine. Denise comes to Still Hopes from Cornell University where she served as the Wellness Program Coordinator.
Denise and Stefanie are working together to ensure that all Triathlon Team participants benefit from safe, effective training and have fun.
