The Keiser exercise equipment at Still Hopes uses air resistance rather than steel plates so that each exerciser can work to his or her personal best. The Keiser equipment is the safest and easiest to use for both able-bodied and disabled mature adults. See Keiser’s website for more information about their commitment to the Mature Population.
