Our 12-week triathlon training program is specifically designed for the athletic adult looking to increase performance in a structured training program. We will start with baseline testing and begin from there to meet the conditioning goal for race day, which is July 28, 2012.
The Kick-off Event for the 12-week program is April 23, 5:30 – 6:30 at the Still Hopes Wellness Center. Training begins April 30th.

Our Still Hopes Triathlon Training Team has been hard at work for the last three weeks preparing for our race! Hard to believe we’ve been working for three weeks already! Our team is pictured above after a hard swimming workout. We have already added laps and started working on increasing our speed. They are one hard working team!
Still Hopes is going to kick off another training session April 30, 2012. This will be a 12-week triathlon training program for those who are already physically fit (runner, cyclists, or swimmers) and need a structured program to help them achieve their goal of completing a triathlon.
We recently had a bicycle education lesson, fitting, and bike safety check at Outspokin’ Bicycles in Columbia with the owner Brian Curran. He lead a phenominal class and we all learned a lot.
